Biography

Tao Jian, Chief Physician, Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery, Xi'an Central Hospital. He graduated from the Department of Medicine, Xi'an Medical University in 1988 and has been engaged in burn and plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine for 30 years. In 1996, he studied aesthetic and plastic surgery at the Institute of Plastic Surgery, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College, Beijing.

Specializes in burns: large, medium, and small-area burns caused by various causes, and various refractory wounds; plastic surgery: treatment of various burn-induced deformities and scars, as well as various congenital and acquired deformities; aesthetic medicine: double eyelid surgery, eye bag surgery, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, breast augmentation and other aesthetic surgeries, various wrinkle-removal procedures, and laser cosmetic treatments; has published more than 10 professional academic papers in national and provincial medical journals.
